Dive Supervisor

EcoAnalysts, Inc. seeks to hire a Dive Supervisor to be part of a successful team of aquatic scientists and divers. In this position, the successful candidate will be required to lead dive operations, including managing equipment, personnel, and dive safety procedures.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in diving related work.

  • 1 year of supervisory experience or completion of leadership training.

  • Diploma from an accredited commercial dive school.

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

  • Pass a dive physical, DOT physical, and drug screen.

  • Current ADCI Dive Supervisor certification.

  • Mechanical background, small engine repair.

  • Strong management and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work long hours in all types of weather conditions.

  • Ability to travel out of town for extended jobs.

  • Ability to compile and write dive reports, plans, and equipment checklist.

  • Attention to detail.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

  • Kirby Morgan technician.

  • Boating Experience (Driving, trailering, loading, and unloading).

  • Class E driver’s license.

  • Scuba dive instructor certification.

  • First aid, CPR and O2 delivery instructor certification
