EPA Region 3 Taxonomic Keys (2006)
EcoAnalysts produced a new taxonomic key to genus for the Baetidae genera found in Region 3 states. The latest taxonomic information, coupled with digital photographs of key characters will help taxonomists work with this difficult family of mayflies. We also produced a key to blackfly genera, and a help sheet for distinguishing the stonefly families Capniidae and Leuctridae.

Crustacean Identification Manual (2006)
D. Christopher Rogers (Woodland, CA office), our crustacean expert published the “Identification Manual to the Freshwater Crustacea of the Western United States and Adjacent Areas Encountered During Bioassessment.” This manual provides illustrated taxonomic keys and species accounts for the group and is available for purchase from EcoAnalysts. It is the definitive taxonomic work for freshwater crustacea in the Western USA.

Wyoming Benthic Imaging Project (2005)
Brett Marshall (Bozeman, MT office) published an educational guide to benthic invertebrates in Wyoming streams. The Wyoming Association of Conservation Districts uses this manual for introducing high-school students to the world of water quality monitoring. The manual contains many high-quality digital images of invertebrates and is available for sale from EcoAnalysts.
