Phytoplankton Taxonomist; Started at EcoAnalysts: 2014
Lisa joined EcoAnalysts in 2014 after spending 21 years at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District, Louisville, KY. While at the District, she served as the Water Quality Team Leader and District Limnologist. Lisa received her M.S. Biology (algal ecology) from Murray State University and her Ph.D. Biology (algal ecology) from Bowling Green State University. She did a Post-Doc at the University of Florida studying nutrient enrichment impacts on algal community structure in seepage lakes in Florida. She has authored or co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles. In her free time Lisa collects and studies algae and she enjoys art, music, woodworking, and outdoor activities.
