Dive Supervisor
EcoAnalysts, Inc. seeks to hire a Dive Supervisor to be part of a successful team of aquatic scientists and divers. In this position, the successful candidate will be required to lead dive operations, including managing equipment, personnel, and dive safety procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in diving related work.
1 year of supervisory experience or completion of leadership training.
Diploma from an accredited commercial dive school.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Pass a dive physical, DOT physical, and drug screen.
Current ADCI Dive Supervisor certification.
Mechanical background, small engine repair.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work long hours in all types of weather conditions.
Ability to travel out of town for extended jobs.
Ability to compile and write dive reports, plans, and equipment checklist.
Attention to detail.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Kirby Morgan technician.
Boating Experience (Driving, trailering, loading, and unloading).
Class E driver’s license.
Scuba dive instructor certification.
First aid, CPR and O2 delivery instructor certification
